Terms & Conditions — bd775 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bd775 website at https://bd775.io, including all associated mobile applications, progressive web apps, and services offered therein.
• "bd775" means the operator and owner of the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds currently held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, deposit match amount, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations including promotion start and end times.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or higher deposit limits are processed.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or casino wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by bd775 for breach of these terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform.

• Participation in online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under any applicable laws or regulations in the jurisdiction in which you are located.

bd775 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to copies of national identity documents, passport, or utility bills. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Each Player may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment method identifiers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, bd775 will merge or close the secondary Account(s), void any bonuses claimed, and may suspend the primary Account pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You must update your Account details promptly if any of this information changes. bd775 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

bd775 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. In such cases, bd775 will freeze the relevant funds and notify the Player in writing. The Player may appeal the decision by contacting support within 14 days of the notification.

All sports bets placed on the bd775 Platform are subject to the specific market rules displayed in the sports betting section at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• bd775 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual bet or event at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, bd775 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account balance.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time data feed. bd775 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on incorrect in-play data where the error originated from a third-party data provider.
• Cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches, and other events are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Cricket section of the Platform.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bd775's event-specific settlement rules will determine whether bets are settled or voided. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after placement.

Casino games and slots offered on the bd775 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd775 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Registering more than one Account under your own or another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bd775 or the relevant rights holder. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform data by automated means is expressly prohibited.

bd775 shall not be liable for: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if bd775 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to losses arising from: Platform unavailability or downtime; delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers; errors or inaccuracies in third-party sports data feeds; technical malfunctions in game software supplied by third-party providers; or any events of force majeure including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government action.

For minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term, or updates required by applicable law — changes may take effect immediately upon publication. These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bd775 operates as a global online platform and makes no representation that the materials or services on the Platform are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction. Any dispute arising between a Player and bd775 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration. bd775's internal complaints procedure requires the Player to first submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected]. bd775 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If the Player is not satisfied with the resolution provided, the dispute may be escalated to arbitration. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
